Request for Electricity Connection:
Service Requirements:
- Submit the service connection request through the company’s website, the Balady platform, or the Mudun platform.
- Ensure all required conditions are met.
- Obtain a "Coordination Certificate" after issuing the building permit, indicating the possibility of electrical service connection, meter locations, building load, number of units, breaker capacity, and cable sizes.
- No outstanding debts on your account.
For Residential or Commercial Properties Requesting a New Connection:
- Obtain the building permit for your site.
- Complete thermal insulation of the building where required.
- Prepare the meter installation site according to the technical requirements stated in the Coordination Certificate.
- Complete the grounding installation.
- The electricity connection will be provided within a maximum of 20 working days after full payment of electricity company fees.
