Request for Action on Enforcement Requests:

This electronic service allows the beneficiary to submit an enforcement document for all types of enforcement requests (financial, direct enforcement, or personal status).

Service Requirements:

  • Fill in your profile information on the Najiz portal (only the first time; no need to re-enter later).
  • An active IBAN account linked to the applicant’s name and ID number.
  • Attach the required documents, which vary depending on the type of enforcement document.
  • A valid power of attorney with the authority for (enforcement request – acknowledgment) if the applicant is acting on behalf of the beneficiary.
  • Information about the person/entity being enforced against:
  1. Type (individual, company, institution, etc.)
  2. Full name
  3. Nationality
  4. Type of ID
  5. ID number
  6. Address, if available
