Request for Action on Enforcement Requests:
This electronic service allows the beneficiary to submit an enforcement document for all types of enforcement requests (financial, direct enforcement, or personal status).
Service Requirements:
- Fill in your profile information on the Najiz portal (only the first time; no need to re-enter later).
- An active IBAN account linked to the applicant’s name and ID number.
- Attach the required documents, which vary depending on the type of enforcement document.
- A valid power of attorney with the authority for (enforcement request – acknowledgment) if the applicant is acting on behalf of the beneficiary.
- Information about the person/entity being enforced against:
- Type (individual, company, institution, etc.)
- Full name
- Nationality
- Type of ID
- ID number
- Address, if available
