Report a Runaway Worker:
This service allows the beneficiary to electronically report the absence of domestic or professional workers from their job.
Requirements and Conditions:
- The worker’s residency permit (Iqama) must be valid.
- A runaway report can be submitted only once per worker.
- If the worker does not have a residency permit, the beneficiary must visit the Expatriates Affairs Department to submit the report.
- A runaway report cannot be canceled through the Absher platform; it must be canceled at the Expatriates Affairs Department within 15 days of submission.
- If 15 days pass without canceling the report, it becomes irreversible. The worker will be placed on a monitoring list, deported, and barred from entering the Kingdom.
- No final exit visa should have been issued for the worker.
- After submitting the report, the worker’s information will be hidden from your electronic services portal.
