This service allows citizens to renew their National ID electronically using the latest facial recognition technology, with the option to have the ID delivered to the registered address without visiting the Civil Affairs offices.
Requirements and Conditions:
- The service is available when the National ID has 180 days or less remaining before expiration.
- The beneficiary must have a registered address.
- No outstanding fines for the beneficiary in the Civil Affairs sector.
- A recent personal photo that meets Civil Affairs requirements, with the following specifications:
- Format: JPEG 2000
- Size: No more than 1 MB
- Dimensions: multiples of 4×6
- Payment of ID delivery fees through available channels.
- Payment of any Civil Affairs fines for the beneficiary.
- Declaration of the accuracy of the entered data and acceptance of the terms when submitting the request.
- Activation of the renewed National ID after receipt to ensure validity.
