This electronic service, available on the Balady platform, allows you to start commercial activities by issuing a commercial activity license along with a safety permit issued by the General Directorate of Civil Defense for all commercial activities approved by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, without the need to visit the authority.
Requirements:
- External photo of the shop showing the shop sign.
- Lease contract, property deed, or investment contract for the location from the municipality or other government authorities.
- Optional cleaning contract depending on the activity type and agreement.
- Safety tools invoice or Civil Defense safety report for instant activities.
This service also allows you to modify your commercial license for activities such as business licenses, environmental licenses, industrial company licenses, medical company licenses, food company licenses, tourism company licenses, professional institution licenses, etc. Modifications may include increasing shop space or changing the commercial activity, without needing to visit the authority.
