Cancelling a Commercial Registration:
This service allows an investor to cancel the main or subsidiary commercial registration of a sole proprietorship once the business activity has been concluded.
Requirements and Conditions:
- The applicant must be the owner of the establishment or an authorized representative with an electronic authorization.
- For a cooperative or charitable association, a council authorization must be provided for the applicant.
- For an endowment institution, provide the endowment deed and a legal authorization from the endower, endowment supervisor, or board of trustees.
- If the owner is deceased, provide the heirs’ inventory deed, guardianship deed for minors (if any), and a legal authorization from all heirs approving the cancellation of the commercial registration.
