This service allows the beneficiary, as the owner of the property deed or their representative, to request the update of a manual deed and issue an electronic deed without visiting the notary, with the option to print the deed when needed.
Service Requirements:
- The deed must not have been previously registered.
- Original deed must be available.
- The deed must be issued by a notary and fully owned by the deed holder.

- It may require a visit to the municipality or civil affairs office.
